Up in the Northern Hills, the Kool Deadwood Nights parade was a way for car lovers to see the four-wheeled classics in action.
Spectators got to see vintage cars from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s.
The cars were driven along Main Street, down to the city of Lead, and back up to Deadwood for the Show and Shine.
Theresa Lange from Randolph, Nebraska visited Deadwood with her husband.
She says they watched the parade because of their affinity for all things retro.
Randolph, Nebraska Visitor Theresa Lange says, “Well we’ve always heard our friends talk about how much fun they have up here and we love cars and stuff and also the music. They talk about all the bands at night. It just sounded like a fun thing to do so we tagged along with them this year.”
Sunday’s parade was one of many events that keeps the car fan’s engines running during the four-day long event.
