Classic cars auctioned off for Motor Magic

The Fairgrounds were bustling with energy for Minot’s annual Motor Magic event. Throughout the weekend, there was drag racing, dirt track racing, classic car shows, and more. Car enthusiasts had the chance to get a closer look at their favorite cruisers. Over one hundred cars filled the State Fair center to be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

“Well, he likes Mustangs. He likes cars. So we thought we’d come down and check out some of the old cars. My dad used to restore Model A’s and Model T’s, so we’ve been around them all our life.” said Tim Schaefer, Car Enthusiast.

The event closed out with dirt track auto racing sprints in the Grandstand.
