Enjoy these Kenosha area events and more this weekend:

n Friday through Sept. 17: Lakeside Players Presents: “Disney’s Lion King Jr. — The Musical” at 7:30 p.m. Friday, 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, and 3 p.m. Sunday at Rhode Center for the Arts, 514 56th St. 262-657-7529. The African savannah comes to life on the stage. $ 10 general admission tickets.

n Saturday: Enjoy Second Saturday. Participating downtown Kenosha shops, restaurants and attractions offer sales, live entertainment and family activities. For the lineup call 262-842-5354 or log on to www.downtownkenosha.org. Activities include the Library Park Historic District Walking Tour at 11 a.m. Contact the Kenosha History Center at 654-5770 for your $ 12 ticket.

n Saturday: Enjoy Kenosha Streetcar Day, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 262-653-4287. Featuring tours of the “streetcar barn” (Joseph McCarthy Transit Center at 724 54th St.), interactive displays, vendors, a streetcar trivia game, streetcar rides and more. The event is presented by Kenosha Streetcar Society, Kenosha Area Transit and more.

n Saturday: Enjoy the Dublin School Picnic, a fundraiser for the Pleasant Prairie Historical Society, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Halter Wildlife, 9626 113th St. 262-947-3600. The historical society and the village of Pleasant Prairie present this event, which features live music, food and drinks, car cruise, dessert auction, hay rides, kids’ games and more. Admission is free.

n Saturday: Enjoy the Old Settlers Park Oktoberfest, starting at noon, at 24100 75th St. 262- 857-1869. Oktoberfest features a fun run, authentic German food and beverages, dancing, Edelweiss kids dance, classic car show, kid games, the Dachshund Dash, raffle prizes and a fireworks finale at 8 p.m.
