EAST STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY (WOLF) — Two men in Monroe County are teaming up with a local restaurant to show off some classic cars.
This is the fourth weekend Theresa’s Lake View Bar and Grill in East Stroudsburg has hosted its weekly car show.
The organizers of the event say they teamed up with the restaurant to give members of the community a place to sit back, relax, and enjoy – and of course have plenty of space for the cars.
“We’re both very much car people. We’ve been doing this for some time, thirty years plus. And we go out to other crews’ nights and other shows. We’ve been handing out flyers and talking to people so we’re trying to get the thing started. Little late in the season to get it started, so we’re having a little time getting it off the ground,” Jim Crozier, of Bushkill, said.
“Theresa’s been a great big help with us. She’s done everything that’s possible to do on her end, and we’re just trying to bring the cars in.”
The car show is held every Sunday from 1-5 p.m. and is free of charge.
But the catch is – only cars dating from the 1980s and older are permitted.
Theresa’s Lake View Bar and Grill is located at 3336 Frontier Road in East Stroudsburg.
